Our NYC campus is offering 3 brand new Associate's Degree programs, Massage Therapy, Business Management, and Advanced Paralegal Studies.  We continue to offer our popular Medical Assisting program as well!

Business Management Associate's Degree

Occupations in Business Management are many and varied. Our graduates are well prepared for positions in banking, accounting, finance, sales, customer service, and many other for-profit, non-profit, and government jobs. They are trained in the latest computer technologies to enhance their productivity, ensuring them a competitive advantage over other job candidates.

Students will also have an opportunity to specialize by taking coursework in event planning and management, accounting and general management.

Massage Therapy Associate's Degree

Mildred Elley's program in Massage Therapy offer students the education, practice, and skills necessary to satisfy the academic requirements to qualify for the New York State Massage Therapy Examination. After licensure by New York State, the graduates will possess the depth of knowledge and practical experience from their studies to successfully practice massage therapy.

Advanced Paralegal Studies Associate's Degree

The paralegal is a critical and necessary member of any legal support team. Our program prepares graduates for positions of responsibility in legal research, case development, legal writing, and law office management. They are employed not only in legal offices, but also in title/abstract companies, insurance companies, banks, and legal departments in industry and government.

Medical Assisting Associate's Degree or Certificate

Although not a new program for our NYC campus, health care professions are among the fastest growing career fields in the country. Our Medical Studies programs offer training in the clinical, technical, and administrative areas.

The graduates' careers are started as medical assistants, medical secretaries, laboratory assistants, phlebotomists, medical records professionals, and medical transcribers.

Mildred Elley’s New York City Metro Campus is a branch campus of the main campus in Albany, New York, and is approved as such by The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) and the United States Department of Education (US DoE). As a branch campus, the New York City Metro Campus does not offer this program in full. Mildred Elley is in the process of obtaining an approval by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York, and following that, an approval from ACICS, to offer these programs in full. While the college expects such approvals to be obtained, we are unable to guarantee the New York City Campus students that they will not be required to take some of the coursework through channels identified above, but will make every effort to assure that the students complete their degree on time and in a manner acceptable to all parties involved.
